The charging time is accurately calculated to reduce the waiting time for car owners to charge.

The private residential charging monthly fee contract of the One Charge Monthly Fee Plan provides regular maintenance and upkeep services. If the charging station is damaged due to non-human factors, the repair costs will be borne by us.

Within the monthly charging plan, the load management system is calculated and designed by qualified licensed electrical engineers, which can safely and effectively balance the system load and improve energy efficiency.

The monthly recharge plan provides high-quality customer support and is ready to solve any problems for you at any time.

*The repair service does not include: any electric vehicle charging wires connected to the electric vehicle charger; Any damage to the electric vehicle charger caused by improper use, negligence, or abnormal power supply conditions; The electric vehicle charger has been modified, altered or repaired without authorization; The external mechanical and electrical engineering of any electric vehicle charger does not include the consumables and software programs provided. Customers may need to pay additional fees to receive any repair and maintenance services beyond the scope of maintenance. During the commitment period under the contract, you may request to migrate this service to a new address, subject to our company’s feasibility evaluation of your new address and your payment of (i) migration fees; And (ii) installation service fee. Unless otherwise agreed between our company and you, all terms and conditions of your current contract (except for the new installation address) will remain unchanged after the migration is completed.

*This promotion is only applicable to private parking lots in designated buildings or estates that have been approved for the “EV Housing Charging Easy Subsidy Scheme” or where the electric vehicle charging facilities in the estate are already complete (charging facilities refer to users’ fixed electrical installations, including but not limited to distribution boards, distribution boxes, meters, cables, pipelines, and sockets), as well as photovoltaic power/”our company” services. The successful installation of the charging plan depends on the actual situation and relevant authorization, and is subject to relevant terms and conditions.

*At the end of the commitment period, if (i) our company has not received your request to terminate the service; Or (ii) if you have not signed any new contract with a new commitment period for the service, our company will continue to provide you with electric vehicle charger rental services on a monthly basis based on the existing contract and the same terms (excluding fees), and you agree to pay the monthly service fee specified by our company at that time (without a commitment period) until you terminate the service according to the contract.

*Only basic installation is included, and additional fees may be charged based on on-site environmental inspection results. If an 18 month commitment period service plan is selected, payment will be required HK$2, Basic installation cost of 000.

*The charger current provided in the above plan is single-phase 13 A， The actual charging condition may be affected by some external factors, such as the model and factory settings of the electric vehicle, the battery condition of the electric vehicle, and the available electricity in the parking lot.

*By participating in our electric vehicle charger rental service ‘Rent One Rent’, you agree to our feasibility evaluation of your parking space and acknowledge that the evaluation results may determine that your location is not suitable for installing electric vehicle charging services.
